Salty Cowgirl Coffee began with something pretty simple: a cup of coffee and a new morning ritual.For years, my mornings were fueled by a steady stream of Diet Dr Pepper. Then, in the summer of 2024, my sister gave me a Jura coffee maker, and somehow, that gift changed my mornings completely.Coffee became part of what I started calling my Magical Mornings: those quiet moments before the world wakes up and the farm chores begin. A good cup of coffee, prayers for the day ahead, a little time to be still, and the chance to start the morning with intention.And somewhere along the way, I fell in love with coffee.But Salty Cowgirl was never going to be just about what was in the cup.I grew up with 4-H, horses, livestock, and the kind of rural life where you learn early that hard work matters, neighbors matter, and some of the best memories are made in the simplest moments.Those roots became the heart of Salty Cowgirl Coffee.Today, Salty Cowgirl is about bold coffee, handcrafted drinks, homemade confections, western nostalgia, and creating the kinds of little moments people remember.And as this brand grows, I want it to do some good along the way.Through the Salty Cowgirl Scholarship, a portion of what we build will go back into supporting women pursuing careers in agriculture and veterinary medicine, the next generation of women who will help keep rural communities strong.Because sometimes something as simple as a cup of coffee can become part of a bigger story.Where Memories Are Brewed.
